Thematica AI is pre-launch. There is no live software product being offered through this website today — only information about Thematica AI and a form to join an early-access waitlist or contact us. These terms will be expanded significantly once a live product and any associated accounts, subscriptions, or data-processing terms exist.

You may browse this website and submit the waitlist or contact forms for their intended purpose. Please don't attempt to disrupt the website, submit false information through its forms, or use any automated process to scrape or spam them.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but describe Thematica AI's features honestly as being in development — nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of specific functionality, timelines, or pricing.

Intellectual property

The Thematica AI name, wordmark, and the content of this website belong to Thematica AI. Please don't reproduce them without permission.

Joining the waitlist

Joining the early-access waitlist is free and is not a purchase, contract, or guarantee of access. We'll reach out using the contact details you provide when there's something to share.

Governing law

Thematica AI's legal entity and registered location have not yet been finalized. Governing law and jurisdiction for these terms will be specified here once that is confirmed.
