Who we are

Thematica AI is a pre-launch software project based in Albany, New York. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Thematica AI. This website does not yet offer a live product — it exists to share information and collect early-access interest.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to submit:

• Waitlist form: your name, email address, and an optional role or research area.
• Contact form: your name, email address, optional organization, and your message.

We do not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising scripts on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if you join the waitlist, to notify you about early access and major updates to Thematica AI. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it's stored

Form submissions are processed by our website's form-handling service as part of normal website operation. We have not finalized a long-term data retention or storage policy for this pre-launch stage; we keep submissions only as long as needed to respond to you or to contact you about early access, and will delete or anonymize entries on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us through the contact page. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase or a commitment, and you can ask to be removed from it at any time.

Changes to this policy

As Thematica AI moves from a pre-launch website toward an actual product, this policy will need to expand considerably — to cover how the software itself handles research data, for instance. We'll update this page when that happens rather than leave it describing something it no longer reflects.
